January 26, 2017. The meeting of the Committee on Corporate Security and Business Protection at SUM, headed by the Chairman of the Board of ACSP, Sergey Pogrebnoy, was held. The participants of the meeting discussed both the current activities of the Committee and the work plans for 2017.
In particular, the Committee members unanimously approved the Regulation on the Committee and sent it for approval to the Board of Directors of the UUE. Also issues of local political, economic and other risks of countries were raised, which is an important aspect of foreign economic activity of business. The Committee considered the proposals for the draft Law of Ukraine No. 5399 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improvement of the Mechanisms of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity" and the possible risks associated with it for business. Particular attention will be paid to the pressures on business.
It was proposed to analyze the problems of business security in Ukraine in order to further generalize, respond and provide practical assistance to colleagues from SUT. The initiative of Vitaliy Bobrinov was actively discussed regarding the opening of a hotline for legal aid to members of the SUE. The initiative was approved by particpants.
