Final module of the ACSP program “Corporate Security Director” was held

On May 17-18, 2018, the final module of the ACSP program “Corporate Security Director” was held.

During the module, the following issues were considered:

International C-TPAT Security System, Regulatory Requirements, UK Bribery Act (FCPA) and their impact on local business.

The system of internal controls, as a mandatory preventive tool for fraud in the enterprise. Practical cases.

Forensic in the corporate security system on the example of practical cases.

HR security, personnel risk assessment.

Interaction of the business entity with the state authorities in the exercise of its last functional responsibilities. Criminal aspect.

Application of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Terrorism Financing and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction" during the conduct of economic activities.

An anticorruption program of an entity.

Representation of interests of a legal entity.

According to the results of the Program, the students received the relevant certificates.

The next Program “Corporate Security Director” will begin on September 20, 2018.
