Doctor of Economics, one of the most competent experts of the Ukrainian school of reputation management. Olena Derevyanko has been working in journalism (“Business”, “Companion”, “Business News”, a number of special-purpose editions) since 1998. She has been engaged in PR industry (business, politics) since 2003; she is the founder and managing partner at PR-Service Agency, one of the established leaders of the market sector.

According to All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition, PR-Service Agency has been among the leaders of the Ukrainian market in terms of the size of its clients’ managed budgets for all the years of the rating’s creation. The Agency offers a comprehensive service related to corporate, product and personal brands promotion with the help of all possible instruments – PR (mass media of all kinds, event communication, digital, SMM), direct advertising, ambient media, virus activity, etc.

Since 2007 Olena Derevyanko has coordinated PR activities of Oleksandr Yaroslavsky’s DCH Group. In this capacity she supervised communications activities within the framework of preparing Kharkiv and Ukraine for Euro-2012. She organized the grand opening of the Metalist stadium and Kharkiv International Airport in which Ukrainian leaders of the highest level and the UEFA executives took part. She was a co-organizer of a number of other VIP events.

In early 2007 Olena Derevyanko was elected vice-president of the Ukrainian Public Relations League. She has been a member of IPRA – International Public Relations Association – since 2009. In 2009 she was awarded “Brand Person” of the year in the category “Agency PR” according to the survey among Ukrainian PR experts by Marketing Media Review magazine. In March 2013, she was the winner of the “Business Lady of Advertising and Communications Market” rating initiated by the mentioned above magazine.

Olena Derevyanko is a political adviser (electoral technologies, in-between elections support of politicians’ activities) and a GR consultant.

She has written more than 200 articles for various printed media, she is a co-author of several textbooks for students of economics universities and of a scientific monograph on reputation management. Olena Derevyanko conducts master-classes for MBA students and business people representing various branches of economy, PR experts of public administration bodies and NGO; she gives open-door and closed-door customized trainings from time to time. She is a regular speaker at professional conferences varying in their directions and dimensions.

Olena Derevyanko is head of the organizing committee of the International PR-Festival in Kyiv. In 2014 she set up the “Mental Dance” discussion grounds for PR-industry representatives and those of related sectors to communicate freely. In 2015 the project to create the first National quality rating of reputation management was started under her supervision; for the third consecutive year, its winners have been presented with their well-deserved awards within the framework of the International PR-Festival.
