Doctor of Law, Professor

Holds a degree in law with extensive experience in leadership roles within the national security sector and over 15 years in academia. Possesses deep expertise in the functioning of Ukraine’s national security system.

Author of over 100 academic publications on national security, counterterrorism, development of anti-terrorist competencies, security and defense sector reform, and criminal investigation practices. A researcher at the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Information, Security and Law” of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, where he provides legal assessments of national security–related legislative initiatives.
