Since 2003, she has been a co-founder and partner of PR-Service Agency, one of Ukraine’s leading PR firms, providing a full range of PR, GR (government relations), IR (investor relations), and ESG project implementation services to international corporations and major domestic companies. From 2007 to 2012, she coordinated PR activities during the preparation of Kharkiv for the UEFA Euro 2012 football championship. She has provided consulting services to Ukrainian political and government figures, including during election campaigns and in pre-election periods.

In 2019, she became the first representative from Eastern Europe to join the team of the renowned analytical think tank Centre for European Democracy Studies (Brussels, Belgium).

Since 2013, she has chaired the Organizing Committee of the annual International PR Festival / PRNext Forum — the largest professional event in the PR industry and related fields in Ukraine. Since 2015, under her leadership and based on a methodology she developed, the National Corporate Reputation Management Ranking “Reputational ACTIVists” project has also been implemented.

She holds a Doctorate in Economic Sciences and Political Economy, and is a professor. Her academic interests include organizational strategy, reputation management, innovation, and public administration. She is the author of over 80 academic publications and more than 200 popular science articles, as well as a co-author of university textbooks and a trilingual scientific monograph on reputation management. Her book General Theory of Reputation was presented at the London Book Fair.

She is actively engaged in educational outreach, regularly giving public lectures at leading Ukrainian universities and delivering master classes for MBA students, entrepreneurs from various economic sectors, PR specialists in government bodies, and NGO representatives. She also conducts both open and closed-format author training programs.

In 2007, she was awarded the “Brand Person” honor by Marketing Media Review. She has repeatedly been included in top national rankings for women in leadership, including Women Leaders in the Communications Market, Top Businesswomen of Ukraine, and Women’s Leadership by SHE Congress.
