• 2025 – present: Founder and Chair of the Board, Professional Association of Corporate Mediators of Ukraine (PACMU). 

• 2023–2025: Co-developer and trainer of the corporate program “Conflict Management, Communication, and Negotiation.” 

• 2023–2025: Co-developer and trainer of the training program “Basic Mediation Skills” with additional certification as Corporate Mediator. 

• 2022–2025: Organizer of webinar series: 

• “Effective Employee Conflict Resolution” 

• “Mediation as a Method of Corporate Conflict Resolution” 

• “The Magic of Conflict.” 

• 2022: Co-organizer and trainer in the project “Conflict Prevention and Resolution and Mediation in Secondary Schools Considering Contemporary Challenges” – conducted in partnership with the State Service for Education Quality; training delivered in schools across Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and Ternopil regions; 200 schools, over 400 participants.
