Expert with extensive experience in national security, law enforcement, and academic work. Holds a law degree, has served in senior positions in the security sector, and has over 15 years of teaching and research experience.

Author of more than 100 scientific publications dedicated to state security of Ukraine, counter-terrorism, development of the security and defense sector, public-private partnerships in the field of national security, organization of pre-trial investigations, and related areas.

Currently works at the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Information, Security and Law” of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, where he provides legal assessment of draft laws in the field of national security.
