Members of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine Discuss Results of Participation in ASIS Europe 2026

A working meeting of members of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine was held to review the outcomes of Ukrainian experts’ participation in the international security conference ASIS Europe 2026, which took place in Antwerp (Kingdom of Belgium).

The event brought together representatives of the Ukrainian chapter of ASIS International, as well as members of the Association, who joined discussions on key trends and challenges in corporate security at the international level.

The conference gathered leading industry experts and focused on the transition from responding to threats to building resilient security systems. The key topics discussed included:

  • transformation of security approaches: from reactive to proactive models;
  • integration of physical and cybersecurity into unified risk management systems;
  • the impact of geopolitical factors and wartime risks on the business environment;
  • innovative security technologies, including data analytics and digital solutions;
  • the role of the human factor and the development of a security culture within organizations.

Particular attention was paid to the rapid development and implementation of artificial intelligence in security systems.

During the meeting, participants shared key insights gained from the international event.

In particular, the Head of the Ukrainian Chapter of ASIS International, Viktor Drobotenko, presented the main trends of the conference and highlighted issues related to ensuring business security in the context of hybrid threats and wartime challenges.

Tetiana Andrianova emphasized that a significant portion of the discussions focused on the use of artificial intelligence as a key tool for enhancing the effectiveness of security systems.

Mykola Mikheiev and Serhii Pohrebnoi also took part in the event as co-speakers, presenting their expert insights during the conference.

The meeting brought together both members of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine and representatives of the Ukrainian chapter of ASIS International.

We thank the speakers for their willingness to share valuable experience. The knowledge and practices gained during the conference will contribute to the further development of the professional community and the implementation of modern approaches to corporate security in Ukraine.
