APCSPU Event Recap: “Personnel Security in Private Business. From Standards to AI Analysis”

On August 27, at the Senator Business Center, the latest meeting of ACSPU members took place, dedicated to one of the key challenges of the modern corporate environment — personnel security.

The event brought together industry experts, private business representatives, and security consultants to discuss:

• Why personnel security is a strategic element of corporate governance

• International standards: ASIS International, Risk-Based Approach

• The cost of hiring mistakes and their long-term consequences

• Candidate screening methods: from traditional to digital

• The role of digital footprint in building a candidate profile

• How artificial intelligence helps reduce risks during recruitment

🎙 Speakers of the event included:

• Olena Stepura, co-owner of Artellence — shared practices of OSINT analysis and reputation monitoring of candidates

• Taras Bebeshko, Head of the Economic Security Department at NDA, security consultant at Mil Tec — discussed the risk-based approach to building personnel policies
