ACSPU Establishes the Committee on Corporate Governance Security: Yuliia Azarina Appointed as Chair

The Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine continues to expand its expert focus areas and strengthen the professional community. By decision of the ACSPU Board, a new Committee on Corporate Governance Security has been established. Its work will focus on developing modern approaches to corporate security, compliance, and enhancing the resilience of governance processes. 

Yuliia Azarina has been appointed Chair of the newly established Committee. She is the Director of the Anti-Corruption Office at JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia,” an attorney, and an expert with ICON Institute in short-term technical assistance projects. With more than 12 years of experience in law, business protection, and anti-corruption compliance, Yuliia is recognized as one of the leading professionals in the field. 

The Committee will develop recommendations, analytical materials, and practical tools, as well as facilitate professional knowledge exchange among members of the Association — specialists in corporate security. 

The establishment of this Committee marks an important step in strengthening the professional community and supporting Ukrainian experts in implementing modern corporate governance standards.
