The partnership aims to support the development of corporate security and corporate governance practices, as well as to promote transparent approaches to doing business in Ukraine. It is intended to bring together expert capacity and create a platform for consistent professional collaboration.
The parties plan to cooperate in the following areas:
- participation in the development and improvement of regulatory frameworks in the field of corporate security and governance;
- exchange of analytical and methodological materials;
- organization of joint professional events (conferences, forums, round tables, and training sessions);
- involvement of experts in researching current issues related to risk management and security;
- promotion of professional ethics;
- development of international cooperation and exchange of experience.
This cooperation is expected to contribute to the development of a more structured professional environment in the areas of corporate security and compliance, as well as to create additional opportunities for professional dialogue and the exchange of practical experience.
Among the first initiatives within this partnership is the organization of a Corporate Governance Security Conference planned for this autumn. The event will serve as a professional platform for specialists in compliance, risk management, internal audit, and corporate security to discuss practical tools for protecting businesses and to exchange experience across these fields.
