ACSP and AUCA Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The public organizations Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine (ACSP) and Association of Ukrainian Corporate Advisors (AUCA) have officially signed a memorandum of cooperation. 

The document was signed on February 12 by AUCR President Rustam Kolesnyk and APCBU Chairman of the Board Serhii Pohrebnyi. 

The memorandum aims to consolidate efforts to develop Ukraine’s corporate security market, implement modern standards and best practices in corporate governance, and promote the formation of a transarent, competitive, and investment-attractive business environment in Ukraine. 

Within the framework of the agreement, the parties identified the following key areas of cooperation: 

• participation in the development, analysis, and improvement of regulatory frameworks in the fiels of corporate security and corporate governance; 

• organization and holding of joint conferences, forums, roundtables, seminars, training sessions, working groups, and other educational and scientific-practical events; 

• engagement of experts and specialists from both organizations to research current challenges in corporate security and risk management; 

• promotion of professional ethics, fair competition principles, and responsible corporate conduct; 

• support for international cooperation and exchange of experience, including facilitating market participants’ access to foreign markets.
