Born April 9, 1972 in Kherson. Graduated from Kyiv National University. Taras Shevchenko in 1994 for the specialty "jurisprudence". He began working as a lawyer in 1993. In 1995 he received a Certificate of the right to practice law.
From 2000 to 2016 he worked as a judge at the Economic Court of Kyiv, the Kyiv Court of Appeal, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, and the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.
In 2015-2016 he served as Deputy Chairman of the High Council of Justice. Honorary Lawyer of Ukraine. Currently holds the position of Managing Partner of the Law Firm "LNM" (Kyiv).
